Added hyperlinks to the Doxygen-generated Leptonica API Reference Documentation for all source files and functions in Leptonica API, /src Directory Contents (API Implementation), and /prog Directory Contents (Examples).
Added hyperlinks to the Doxygen-generated Leptonica API Reference Documentation for all source files and functions mentioned in the README and Version Notes for Leptonica.
Removed the “Show Source” link from the sidebar.
